We have been advised by APC that a higher-than-expected volume of freight at their hub has caused delays to some parcels.
As a result, some items were not processed as planned and may take an additional 24 hours to reach the local delivery depot.
If your tracking does not yet show a hub scan or a “received in depot” update, your parcel is likely affected by this delay.
APC have confirmed that once these parcels reach the local depot, they will be prioritised for delivery as quickly as possible.
