Perfect for helping you to support HACCP principles, the tray is supplied with seven colour-coded clips which make it easy to quickly identify the contents of the container by food group - simply click the relevant colour clip onto the container and lid.

Made with highly resistant polypropylene, the container is scratch and stain resistant, and combined with the supplied lid, delivers an air-tight seal, making it perfect for food storage. It's perfect for storing both hot and cold contents and is suitable for fridges and freezers, and can also be placed in the dishwasher after use. The versatility of the container makes it perfect for everyday use in restaurants, cafés, hotels and anywhere safe and organised food storage is essential.

This container is full gastronorm size (1/1GN), with a depth of 200mm and a capacity of 25.6 litres.
