Buffalo 6 Burner LPG Barbecue Griddle

Large, powerful and incredibly versatile, the Buffalo six burner BBQ griddle gives you more than enough cooking capacity for busy events and services. With its impressive 1270x520mm cooking surface, there's plenty of space for favourites such as burgers, bacon, eggs and vegetables.

As each burner has independent controls, you can easily adjust sections of the griddle plate to different temperatures - perfect for cooking multiple items all at once. You can also set a section at a low enough temperature to gently hold cooked items, keeping them hot and ready for service.

For added flexibility, the barbecue has handy lockable castors and a fold-down shelf, making positioning and set-up easy. Ignition is via a front-mounted button - meaning there's no taper required. And once you're all done cooking, the whole unit is easy to clean down, ready for the next use.
