The E56S Blue Seal 6 plate convection oven range is a fantastic choice for kitchens which need a flexible cooking station. Designed for everyday reliability and performance, the Blue Seal provides both in abundance - with six powerful hob plates on top, alongside a high capacity 2/1GN compatible convection oven in the base.
The hob features simple dial temperature controls - just select a setting and each of the elements deliver up to 2.6kW of power. The generously-sized plates accommodate most pots and pans, giving you the flexibility to fry, boil, simmer and sauté dishes with ease.
Below, the oven has two main elements - a 4.5kW bottom element and a 2kW top element, so you can easily tailor your cooking depending on the dish. And thanks to the powerful 100W fan, cooking times can be reduced too - perfect for cutting queues and energy bills.
The modular design of the Blue Seal hob makes it easy to suite with other Blue Seal countertop and free standing appliances. And thanks to its strong stainless steel construction, it's highly durable and easy to clean too - essential considerations for any appliances in a busy professional kitchen.
