Combining a high-capacity design with the flexibility of hot cupboard and Bain Marie servery, the Moffat 4FBM hot cupboard is perfect for buffets, restaurants and carvery's alike. Thanks to its adjustable heating cavity, the hot cupboard is able to keep food hot after cooking whilst protecting it from contaminants. When you're ready to display and serve food, the unit's dry Bain Marie heating can warm up to four (1/1) GN pans at once. This allows you to keep food at the perfect serving temperature for extended periods of time whilst on show.

Fitted with castors as standard, the unit can easily be positioned anywhere it's needed. So, whether you're just using it for a Sunday carvery, or if it's part of a more permanent food service counter, the Moffat is a fantastic food storage and serving solution.
