Whether you're mixing up batches of dough, batter, cream or sauce, the mixer makes it easy - simply fit the appropriate attachment (whisk, spiral dough hook or beater), lift the stainless steel bowl into place with the handy lever, select one of the three speeds and switch on. The planetary mixing action ensures thorough mixing of the contents - even fine flour at the base of the bowl is mixed in.

Once you're finished mixing, the Buffalo planetary mixer is exceptionally easy to clean down. The bowl is dishwasher/utensil washer safe, as are all the mixing attachments. The machine itself is also easy to wipe down, ready for the next use.
