After the carrier sadly damaged the goods in transit, Diamonds’ customer service excelled and sorted out replacements immediately which arrived safe and sound the next day. First class service.

There were a grew problems with courier delivery. However customer service at Diamond disposables was brilliant. I believe the best way to rate a company is not only on its products but the customer service. And in this car top marks for both Thank you so much Debbie Honey for sorting out the courier company and getting my order to me in time for the cream tea event.
