Cook up all your fried favourites with the 8Ltr Buffalo twin tank countertop fryer. Designed for everyday performance and reliability, the fryer makes it easy to get the results you're looking for - whether that's traditional chips, seafood or desserts.

The Buffalo fryer is fitted with two powerful independent 2.9kW elements, giving you the flexibility to cook large volumes whilst also recovering temperature quickly when filled with frozen foods. Temperature is controlled via the simple top-mounted dial thermostats, and thanks to the included digital timers and alarms, you can ensure consistent cooking every time. And as each tank is independently controlled, you have the flexibility to cook at two different temperatures at one station. Alternatively, during quieter hours, one side can be powered down to save energy.

Once you're done for the day, the whole fryer is easy to clean and maintain. The front-mounted drain taps makes the process even easier - there's no need for lifting heavy pans of oil - simply put a container underneath and open a tap. The V-shaped pans optimises the oil draining process, leaving the tank ready for cleaning and refilling. And when the fryer is not in use, the included stainless steel lids help to protect the oil until the next cook.
