The Buffalo fryer is fitted with a powerful 2.9kW element, giving you the flexibility to cook large volumes whilst also recovering temperature quickly when filled with frozen foods. Temperature is controlled via the simple top-mounted dial thermostat, and thanks to the included digital timer and alarm, you can ensure consistent cooking every time.

Once you're done for the day, the whole fryer is easy to clean and maintain. The hinged element and front-mounted drain tap makes the process even easier - there's no need for lifting heavy pans of oil - simply put a container underneath and open the tap. The V-shaped pan maximises the oil drained away, leaving it ready for cleaning and refilling. And when the fryer is not in use, the included stainless steel lid helps to protect the oil until the next cook.
