The LDF2 is ideal for frying perfectly fluffy chips - up to 17kg of chips per hour (from frozen) and 21kg (chilled). The fryer comes with two baskets which means different foods or loads can be cooked simultaneously: saving on time, effort, and costs.
Equipped with thermostatic control for consistent cooking results, this deep fat fryer also features a safety thermostat that prevents overheating protecting users during operation.
