Purple colour coded knives are extremely important for catering to special dietary requirements. Purple handled knives have been designed to help kitchens safely prepare vegan dishes and those that are free from certain ingredients such as dairy or gluten.
With a great choice of purple knives from Mercer and Hygiplas, in a choice of styles including paring knives, chefs knives and bread knives, you’ll be able to create the safest food preparation area possible, especially if you combine them with a purple chopping board and colour coded tongs.
